Our new season of live events in Barcelona is here to take you on an energizing journey of ecstatic dance, combined with breathwork and sound healing. We have carefully designed these events to help you reconnect with your senses and the healing potential of your breath, express yourself through uplifting chants, balance your nervous system, and experience the liberating power of ecstatic dance.

We'll start by forming a circle, coming together to create our individual intention. We warm up and get grounded with dancing and shaking. We chant AUM mantra and get relaxed and focused.
Guided by Yulia Blanca, a certified Breathwork Instructor, we explore a series of breathing techniques designed to deepen our connection with our body and increase self-awareness.
Breathing to the rhythm of the music has a profound impact on our well-being, allowing us to consciously direct our breath and bring harmony to our inner world.
As the music builds up, we transition into an ecstatic dance session. It combines dance music composed and produced by Lasse Mosegard with carefully selected tracks to help us release stagnant energy from the body, feeling energised and free.
In this ecstatic dance space, you are invited to fully immerse yourself in the music and let the rhythm guide your body. We are looking forward to seeing you on the dance floor.
Hello, I'm Lasse, also known as Illinton, and I'm the founder of Sonic Spheres. I'm a producer, musician, and DJ. Throughout my musical journey, I've worked in various genres including Chill-out, Electronica, Hip Hop, Drum & Bass, house, Tech house and Progressive. I have also created Film scores, Breathwork, and Meditation music. My years of experience have inspired me to mix a wide range of musical genres together and create specially designed DJ sets for ecstatic dance and breathwork events.
The DJ set starts at 80 BPM with binaural beats and healing frequencies, gradually building up with tribal drum beats and organic electronica sounds, mixed with shamanic, Indian, and Middle Eastern influences, leading to tribal dance music rhythms.
Combined with breathwork exercises guided by my partner and breathwork facilitator Yulia Blanca, we crafted this to elevate participants into a state of bliss, transcending mere auditory sensation into a full dance experience of mind, body, and spirit.
Here are some releases I'll include from my London-based label "Southside Digital Music," founded with my partner Jeremy Cowan (DJ Digit). Our versatile label plans to release a diverse mix of genres and artists in the future.
“Native Forest" is one of my recent house music productions. It's inspired by the wild beauty of nature, indigenous cultures, and healing plants from the Amazon rainforest. This track features deep bass lines, native flutes, and tribal drums, all meant to take you on a journey through the wonders of the rainforest.
