4.3 Renewals – Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. The renewal will be at the then-current price unless we have agreed otherwise.
4.4 Cancellations – You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or through your payment provider. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
4.5 Free trials and promotions – Any free trial or promotional offer is subject to its stated terms. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.
5. Content and intellectual property
All content provided through the Services, including audio files, music, text, images, and branding (“Content”), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may stream or download Content only for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to any technical limitations in the Services. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Content without our written consent.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Cancellation rights for UK/EU consumers
If you are a UK or EU consumer purchasing a subscription, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, if you access or download any digital content during this period, you agree to waive your cancellation right.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms or if we stop providing the Services. You may also terminate your account at any time.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring the matter elsewhere.
