Mindfulness Mentorship
In these sessions, we practice observing the mind at work, learning to zoom out and form a wider perspective that brings more ease into daily experience. The process develops gradually, identifying and reducing the layers that distort perception and create a sense of suffering. Through trained attention, awareness works like a widening beam of light, each time revealing more of the simplicity, beauty, and aliveness of the present moment. We work with breath, music, silence, and reflective dialogue, depending on what serves best at each stage of the process.
The essence of this practice is seeing clearly, noticing that most tension comes from resistance to what is taking place in the present moment. We learn to recognize the movement of the mind and return to what observes it. That recognition itself is transformation, a gradual dissolving of the sense of separation between observer and observed.
We use rhythmic breathing to stabilize attention, sound and stillness to guide and refine awareness, and dialogue to bring insight into everyday experience. Over time, this matures into a form of confidence , a way of moving through the day with a clearer, brighter mind, where presence eases effort and lucidity becomes a guide through change.

Mindfulness FAQs
What is mindfulness mentorship and how is it different from regular coaching?
Mindfulness mentorship brings your attention to the inner movements that guide each moment: the rise of emotion, the flow of thought, and the way attention moves through your day. It works through presence, reflection, and simple practices that return you to a clear sense of yourself.
Regular coaching often focuses on outer goals. Mindfulness mentorship begins within, where your clarity grows first. When the inner ground feels safe, choices become easier and things gain a more natural rhythm.
These sessions create time and space to observe, breathe, and understand what is happening inside you. From there, change moves in a way that lasts.
Who is this mentorship for? Beginners, creatives, or people with long-term experience in inner work?
This mentorship is for anyone who desires a calmer mind and a clearer sense of direction. Beginners may join to learn simple ways to stay present. Creatives come to understand their inner pace. Experienced practitioners use the space to deepen awareness and bring more ease and flow into their day. The work adapts to each stage and need, so it grows in a way that feels natural and relevant to the moment of each person.
What areas can we work on during the sessions (focus, stress, emotional intelligence, creativity, presence)?
The sessions address the inner movements that influence how you meet each day. We begin with metacognition, the capacity to notice how thought arises, how emotion settles, and how attention shifts through each moment. From there, we work with focus, stress patterns, emotional intelligence, and creative flow. Someone may arrive with a restless mind, another with emotional weight, and another with a creative spark that needs clearer direction.
We work with the mind through attention. We practice noticing ourselves to recognize mental habits as they appear, and we use breath to anchor awareness in the present. We look at emotional patterns and the stories that create tension. Creativity becomes easier when the mind feels spacious; emotional intelligence grows as the relationship with inner experience becomes more honest. This leads to a way of living that feels grounded, intentional, and open to change.
How much does a single mindfulness session cost?
A one-off session has a single rate of €80 and lasts 1 hour 30 minutes.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the original time. When a change is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is counted and a new booking is required for another meeting. If someone arrives more than 20 minutes late, the session is considered missed.
This approach keeps the schedule clear and allows space for others who may need a session.
