MEDITATION PRACTICE

Mindfulness and Meditation Mentorship Yulia

We often experience stress as something caused by the world around us, yet much of the strain comes from the mind’s constant commentary on what is happening. Meditation brings attention back to your breath, your body, and your direct experience in the present moment. It develops your ability to notice thoughts, emotions, and reactions as they arise, while staying connected to the part of you that can witness them as they happen.

With practice, attention becomes more rooted in what is here. The breath grows more slow and even, the body begins to ease, and your inner world becomes easier to understand. This creates more room to respond with awareness and to move through the day with a felt sense of openness and ease.

In person in Barcelona or online, these sessions help you reorient toward that grounded place. We use breath to regulate the body, music to anchor attention, and reflective dialogue to give language to what comes up during the process.

Over time, this work helps you observe thoughts and emotions with more objectivity, recognise your own needs and direction despite pressure and distraction, and respond more calmly to stress, uncertainty, and everyday challenges.

Meditation practice FAQs

What happens in a meditation session, and what can I expect?

Each session begins with a conversation to understand what you would like to focus on. From there, we move into guided meditation practice. We leave space to speak about what shifted in the practice, what felt difficult, what became clearer, and what you want to take into the way you live.

These sessions are for people who want a more grounded relationship with their inner life. That may include stress, internal dialogue, emotional pressure, a period of change, or the need for more self understanding. They can also be valuable for creative people who need space to hear themselves more clearly and give form to their vision.

Yes. The sessions are open to beginners as well as people with an existing practice. Everything is adapted to you are, so the work can feel approachable and useful from the start.

This work is more personal than a class and more practice based than regular coaching. The focus is less on advice and more on attention, presence, and the way you relate to what is happening inside you. Unlike therapy, the sessions stay close to direct experience in the present moment and also make space for reflection and understanding.

I offer 1:1 sessions in 60 or 90 minute formats, online or in person in Barcelona.

Online prices are €55 for 60 minutes and €75 for 90 minutes. If you’d like prices for group sessions or live sessions in Barcelona, just send me a message and I’ll send them over.
